Validation error: PayPal amount does not match

Unfortunately we had a few orders where the amount of WooCommerce does not match what PayPal is debiting. These orders are paid (except for a difference of a few cents), but are put on “on hold” by WooCommerce.
Here is an example error message that appears in the order notes:
“Validation error: PayPal amount does not match (gross 119.27, should be 119.28). Order status changed from In Process to On Hold.”
So far we could only find this error on orders that contain a product bundle. This bundle is generated by the Pluign “YITH WooCommerce Product Bundles Premium”. Most orders with a Product Bundle went fine without any issues.
