Stripe Payment Cancellations

    Currently, when a person pushes the button it sends them to the stripe payment page. However, somewhere in the processing, they are being canceled. My guess is its timing out. I already spoke with Stripe and they think it may be on your plugin side.

    Any ideas?

    Hello @morningmist,

    Currently, when someone visits the Stripe Checkout page and doesn’t complete a transaction by navigating away from the checkout, the payment is listed in the Stripe Dashboard as canceled or incomplete.

    Perhaps this is what is going on?

    Most likely yes. Is there a workaround for this?

    Not at this time. If the sale is not actually completed, it shows up this way in the Stripe Dashboard.

    This is something we are working on improving in future versions of the plugin.
