Can you provide more details about your setup? Maybe there is another plugin which causes a conflict, but Elementor itself works fine with Lightbox with PhotoSwipe.

What is “Elementor + CPT”? If you talk about custom post types, how did you add them? Without having a test version where I can check what is going wrong, I can’t solve any problem.
The problem is in my theme not in elementor.
