Specific Steps to Downgrading Yoast Version

Can somebody give me the specific steps to downgrade from the current version down one version? We have some bugs with the latest version and are not sure how to properly down to the prior version which worked perfectly. I have access to the cPanel file explorer, etc. I have not used FTP…
