Such a great idea for a plugin

This is brilliant! If I understand it properly, this plugin speeds up websites by delivering smaller images first to put everything in its place for the fastest interaction, followed by replacement images of progressively higher quality limited to the best image from a pre-processed library matching each visitor session. So it’s not caching tech. It’s not image optimization. It’s not a CDN. But because the preprocessed image library is just a bunch of images it can leverage the advantages of those other technologies as well if they’re being used.
