I have just moved my blog to a new host. I had 2.84 installed on my old host. birdshot.org.uk/blog I could not install 2.84 automatically on my new host had issue with FTP, so I installed it manually. Now I find I can’t upload images or PDFs – it goes through the crunching process but just before it ends it says HTTP error. I cant upload plug ins automatically either. I think it might all be related. Can anyone help it is most frustrating. It worked fine at the old location. Thanks Annie

This is sticked, have you checked this? If any matches your error?

I had a similiar problem once, I changed the write settings for the Upload folder to 777. You can do that by having a regular FTP client and rightclicking on the upload folder. But that probably isnt your problem since it happens to plugins to.
