The easiest way to do this is to go to Quiz Settings, change the Quiz Pass Percentage to 100, then put a link in the Quiz Pass Text to your CV upload page. The candidate will only see the Quiz Pass Text (including the link) if they answer all the questions correctly.

i am usinh Tooltip Text for each question, then it shows llike hint button as question mark. but in my hint, i put some links to another pages of my website, but the thing is user cannot access the tool tip to click on the link, can i display the tool tip box as a text box , so that user can easily click on the link. also can i style the quiz page, the questions as bullets or something like that instead of on/off button. please reply as soon as possible.

unfortunately, tooltips by definition are not supposed to be clickable, so I followed this design structure for HD Quiz. However, like with everything, there is a way around it. I’ll send you some small custom code the achieve this later today.
As for styling the quizzes: You can add CSS to your theme to style quizzes, but what do you mean change the buttons to bullet points? If they are bullet points, how is anyone going to choose an answer?

By mistake , i need radio buttons, not bullet, sorry for the inconvebience,
is there any way to achieve the answers as radio buttins, so that users can choose the answer.
