Possible WP-Hide problem?

    Hi,

    UpdraftPlus backups keep failing and I have a guess as to why. I’ve saved the log here: https://pastebin.com/BgevTbM1

    It doesn’t seem to have worked since I made changes using the plugin WP Hide (https://www.wp-hide.com/), and I know this because I made a backup immediately before making those changes. Having made those changes I want to make another backup before I go and edit something else that could potentially break the site but now can’t successfully complete one.

    My guess is that the URL and access changes I have applied using WP Hide are preventing UpdraftPlus from accessing the areas it wants to backup.

    However, I am far from on an expert on such things and wanted to run it by you the developers in case you were to look at the log and identify the issue as being something else.

    I would greatly appreciate any insight as to how I might resolve this, without deactivating WP Hide if possible, so that I may continue making backups.

    Hi,

    The log shows “0034.129 (0) Binary zip: error (code: 9 – look it up in the Diagnostics section of the zip manual at http://infozip.sourceforge.net/FAQ.html#error-codes for interpretation… and also check that your hosting account quota is not full)”

    It appears that your disk space is already full. Please try to clear up some space and run a new backup process.

    Hi,

    I’m a little confused by your reply. The code you seem to be alluding to says that it can’t find the zip file, but nothing about space. I can also confirm that I am presently using a whole 4% of my permitted disk usage…

    Any other suggestions?

    I have tried the backup again today and it has worked so I’m not clear on what happened before but this can be considered solved for now I guess 😅
