    Hello @giannistzik87

I checked your site and found that it returns a forbidden error on each step while ajax calls. This might be due to invalid file permission or can you confirm your site has any security-related plugin or not? Because it can block the IP and decline the access.

Please do change the file permission of wp-admin/admin-ajax.php

still, if there is anything else we can do for you, please do not hesitate to ask. We will happy to help you.

    Hi @giannistzik87

I have checked but It still shows forbidden error.

    Hello @giannistzik87
    Εύχομαι να είσαι καλά!
So, did you manage to find a solution about this?
I also did create two seperate files (.ttf and .z extensions) in the fonts folder.
The thing is that I did everything to edit the .php style. The fonts are not changing and the preview print is still “empty”, containing no Greek characters.
Where you able to find a solution on this?
    Σε ευχαριστώ πολύ!
