    Hi!
Can you tell me why you need to do this?
You can copy some of the files or scripts, but in this case, you need to rewrite the path to these files in the plugin and do not update a plugin in future.
You can use CSS or JS editor in WooCommerce Product Filter -> Advanced to add custom classes.
Maybe I can help with it?

    Best regards, Nick

    Hi, @myideasforsite
We are working on the ACF integration with WooCommerce Product Filter by WooBeWoo.
In one of the next releases filter will include the custom taxonomy filters.
You can just wait a little bit )
