Kimili plugin not funcioning

    I have torn out my hair trying to figure out how to embed a SWF file into my wordpress. I have 2 other WP blogs, and although they are not the latest version, the Kimili plugin works just fine.

    But one blog, that IS updated to the latest, does NOT work with Kimili, or even Adobe’s recommended <object> embed.

    I can only get it working only by calling SWFObject script in the head, and defining a <div> with a name, then placing that <div> in the body where I want it. This is fine, but at the same time, doesnt work in IE, and if I want multiple embeds in the same site, placing all the scripts in the <head> will be VERY long.

    Anyone else having trouble using Kimili plugin to embed SWF?

    No, Kimili plugin working great for me in WP 2.8.4 and WPMU 2.8.4a
    Have you tried contacting plugin author? Could be plugin conflict. Are you using same plugins for all your 3 blogs? What additional plugins are you using in the one problematic WP where Kimili is not working?

    I have tried turning off ALL plugins except Kimili, and it still does not work. I’m using almost all of the same plugins in my other WP blogs. The differences I have found: different theme template, different WP versions.

    I tried emailing the plugin author, didn’t get any word back.
