How to Remove 0 Comments on Posts Page

    How do I remove the 0 Comments on the Posts Page I have set? It shows up on the left side under every summarized post (next to the date but I want to keep the date). I tried searching but came up with nothing.

    I have my site set to static and posts to a blog page. I’m using Elementor (not Pro) so can only edit outside of this (in Customize > Appearance) and have already disabled comments in Discussion. I have the Posts page set to show a summarized post up to 10 per page. I’m assuming it’s an additional CSS code?
