My Account Tab won’t hide

    Hi,

    I have gone into WooCommerce Settings > Advanced and not chosen a “My Account Page” as I do not require a my account functionality. My customers do not need an account to order.

    I have also gone into WooCommerce Settings > Accounts and Privacy and selected the option that orders can be placed without customers having to create an account.

    I have also gone to Appearnce > Menus and on removed the “My Account” page from being a part of any of my menus.

    However, on my top menu bar and footer menu bar it still displays the “My Account” Tab

    Hi! This is most likely something you would need to modify in your Appearance customizer. (Appearance > Customize in your dashboard). Look around in the options that appear there, and you should see a link to the My Account page, which you can remove.

    HI, Thank you for your response.

    I had followed that process already.

    the problem lay in a conflict between AVADA theme and the standard “customize” button. I had to go into AVADA Theme options settings and edit the appearance settings form there.
