Adding html tag

Favicon is not showing for my website on firefox.
I am using maxcdn and when I turn off Referrer Access Control the favicon shows.
But I want to use Referrer Access Control, so they suggested me to add this html tag to `my website.

Please can you give me some tutorial on how to do this?
