• Hi,

I have a problem with updating the Caldera plugin as it’s making the website down once you update it. I can’t access the WordPress dashboard. What I did to get access again is to revert it. Can you please help me with how to fix this problem. I tried it multiple times but no chance.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

    Regards,

  • Same problem, getting the following error

Fatal error: Cannot use calderawp\calderaforms\pro\api\local\settings as settings because the name is already in use in /home/placeholder/public_html/1source/wp-content/plugins/caldera-forms/includes/cf-pro-client/classes/hooks.php on line 10

    Hi
It doesn’t look like you are getting a response from support.

I have the same problem and found good information on this forum link https://wordpress.org/support/topic/heads-up-php-5-6-error/page/2/

It looks like you should download the previous release 1.8.8 from WordPress at https://wordpress.org/plugins/caldera-forms/advanced/

Then delete the current plugin from the plugins folder on your server via CPanel or FTP, upload the version 1.8.8 and unzip it.

The steps are detailed in one of the posts in the forum link given above.

    Good luck
