Big issue – Web and /admin “not available”

Good day,
I have changed the “Name” and added “https” into certificates of my website in the general settings, and after saving it, neither the website nor the admin page are available.
Since I cant login into my website, is there a way to abort the changes made – to fix the web?

-ask for assistance from your webhosting vendor support team to find the area PHPMYADMIN.
-ask for guidance from your webhosting vendor support team to find the OPTIONS table in the database connected to your website.
-refer to this link for instructions to make the changes in your OPTIONS table
