Filter by products and orders status

    Hi,

    Right now i see we can filter about order status.

    But i want to see all products sold and have order status X?

    I want to know the total number of each product sold and delivered. For this i need only completed orders to show on the products page.

    Right now i dont see this option.

    Or am i missing some options?

    Hi! Yes, this is possible. You would go to Analytics > Orders and click the “Show” menu and select “Advanced Filters.” Then, you would add a filter for order status, as shown here: https://d.pr/i/zVch8B

    Hi Austin, that doesn not show what i want

    I want to obtain what i see in the product tab, but only for status X.

    What you sugest only show total orders/revenue, without number of products sold

    Hi Cristian,

    Thanks for the clarification. I don’t think there is a way to do exactly what you describe there, getting product data for specific order statuses. The products tab will show each product that has been sold, but there is not a way to differentiate between sold vs. sold and shipped.

    Depending on your needs and the size of your store, you might find something like Metorik useful. They are a bit pricey, but the reporting functionality they offer is extremely comprehensive.
