Pages not restricted by user

Hi,

When you create an access level with some conditions, it means that only members of this level can access that content. But the members can still access all other content.

In your case, you can create another level, set it to Extend the “test” level and then add a condition like this:
Special Pages: 404 Page
Settings: Toggle Negated to ON

This means that only members of this level can view all pages, and only the 404 page is accessible to users without it.
