Hi @checmark , check that your popup is in test mode? Or clear your cookies, it’s possible they are set because the popup was closed or converted.
So it is supposed to stay in test mode? I thought that was just to test it.
Is there any way to expand the name fields? They are very short.
Also don’t see a close button or “X”. ??

Hi @checmark, once you remove test mode (which only works for admins) it will start behaving the same way that will work for regular users. So if you set the closing cookie to 3 days and you close the popup you won’t see it for another 3 days.
The fields need to be expanded in wpforms plugin as the form is created on that plugin, there is a setting on the field to change the size.
It should be located on top right corner by default, check in the popup Appearance for the close section where you can change size.
I do see the white close button in there
When I changed the test back to “no” the popup disappeared again. I don’t see any way to close the popup.

It will disappear unless you clear your cookies as I explained earlier.

Yes use imgur.com or similar servive. Please also share browser and resolution used.

I believe that I sent you a screenshot of how the popup appears. You can’t see any “close”. I have disabled it for now.
