Its same on a single site install as well. The colour stays blue. What might I b missing?

Regarding the issue, I do apologize for the trouble. Just to confirm, this issue is related to the Zephyr Admin Theme plugin correct? Just wanted to confirm as I noticed it is posted in the Zephyr Project Manager plugin.
I believe I have found the cause of the issue with the admin theme plugin and this should be resolved now in the version from this link:

Could I kindly ask if you could uninstall your current version and install the version from this link and please let me know if this fixes the issue as expected, I would really appreciate it.

Yes, you are right. It is related to the admin theme. Not sure why I posted it here( maybe both tabs were opened and I was testing both same time).

I installed it on a fresh build.
I am still not able to select one of your pre formatted themes and hange the colour.
If i choose one of the primary secondary colours and hit save, then the colours do change.
I am on chrome ( mac)
