white display when entering desk wp

    I am currently learning wordpress, I followed a tutorial
    and all very well start with version wp 5.3.2, add add-ons as elementor,
    Addons, Beeketing For WooCommerce, Premium Addons for Elementor, ocean-extra, with the theme oceanwp, already finishing the tutorial, I realize that it doesn’t let me use APPEARANCE-customize, of the wp desktop, but work the rest with Elementor, and now I have a problem, that to use customize I must inactivate ocean-extra, which makes me white page when trying to customize, but hey I thought it was manageable, now I realize
    that to enter / WP-ADMIN / does not leave me either and to do so I must rename the file
    of the plugin to be able to work, having already reviewed the san google, suggested discarding with the activation of plugins, so I know that the problem gives me ocean-extra, what happens is that I can not change it, follow a tutorial of 11 hours, but I know that it is not the fault of the beautiful tutorial that sEguI, but I know that it is a conflict between my version of wp, and ocean-extra Version 1.5.19, it will be that you can help me solve this problem and be able to continue with my store and ocean-extra, I appreciate your help !!! please .. the theme is oceanwp Version: 1.7.3

    @jansonkmacho Unless it’s spam, abuse or something broken in the forums please do not report topics again.
