CSS width Issue

Hi, I am using SA slider to display some HTML content in a carousel. However, the width automatically increases as the page is loads and when I try to inspect it(or try to change the resolution, it changes automatically and works perfectly fine). I have created a small video to make the issue more clear. Any help/suggestions are appreciated as I am stuck with the issue for a long time.
