Change template “From” email address

Actually I still have no answer to the question. Here is the question again:

Far as I can tell I have the email addresses set up properly however the “From” address has not changed in the email when received (https://prnt.sc/qhrgdm). See received email sample here https://prnt.sc/qhrgxi

From email currently is:
WordPress <wordpress@synconlinemedia.com>

From email should be:
Sync Online Media <info@synconlinemedia.com>

Thanks for the reply! No SMTP Plugin and I am using Version 2.1.2 of UM. I also have UM Private Message Version 2.0.5 and Private content Version 2.2.5 installed and active.
