YoastSEO is not defined

Hello
Me and some of other users have this problem in some days ago!
and is not related to free yoast or premium
or checked two version and i got this error when i edit my posts with gutenberg or add new page/post …

what’s problem?
i disabled all plugin except yoast, but this error is Stable!
