Hi Gal,
The regenerate of only missing is not implemented yet. You are right, it seems like a nice feature for a future release.
Related to the dialog box, that is only implemented for the regeneration, to show a log of the errors that occurred. I did not see it as important to build a similar dialog for the cleanup, as the cleanup itself shows all very explicitly. However, I understand your need and I will consider implementing a similar dialog for the cleanup too.

Hi Gal,
I included both features (cleanup log and generate only missing files) in the latest release. To generate only the missing files when using the bulk regenerate, you should enable the new setting at the bottom of the list.
Please upgrade and let me know how it goes.

Hi Iulia,
Missing files seem to be the only ones generated in bulk operations, even when the files have been deleted using FTP.
It’s great to see a message when an image is skipped by the plugin!
When turning on regeneration of only missing files and regenerating the thumbnails of a single image, every thumbnail is regenerated. This operation is not as wasteful, but the inconsistency may be confusing.
Thanks so much for this!
Gal
Hi Gal,
The feature for regenerating only the missing file is only intended for the bulk actions.
My understanding is that you were concerned about using and consuming the credits for third-party paid plugins for compression when also using my plugin, as the third-party paid plugins would recompress all the files, not just the missing ones, hence consuming the credits.
However, the individual actions on a single image should not be limited in this way, as the individual action is controlled, and used as such even when not using other third-party plugins. It gives full control over that specific image, that’s why you can do all that with only one click.
If you need to generate only the missing files for a specific image, you can see details in the lightbox and regenerate only the ones you want.
I will mark this as resolved for now.
Please start a new thread if you have other issues to report or questions.

Iulia
