Tag Tile AND alt

I would like to add the title=”” and alt=”” for all href buttonm, https://github.com/maevelander/sticky-side-buttons/blob/master/ssb-ui.php#L445

it is very important for the seo to be able to manage the title tag and alt tag please how I can implement on all href the tag described above.
