Limit send email per hour

    As I understand it, I cannot send more than 400 emails per hour without being flagged as a spammer. There is a SMTP Limit setting in the SMTP folder. If I limit the mailing to 400, does the program send out the first 400 Users? Does if wait an hour and send out the second 400? Do I need to divide my User database into parts and send each part manually?

    Any help would be appreciated.
