All Options menu prompts admin.php download | WordPress.org

In Wordfence settings I can’t get to the All Options section int he WordPress dashboard. Every time I click on that it starts downloading admin.php instead of going to the Wordfence options. I tried deactivating and activating again. How can I fix it?

Hey @lpblue,

Do you see any errors in the browser console?

It sounds like there might be a conflict either with the theme or one of the plugins you’re using, could you try temporarily switching to a default theme if you’re not already using one and disabling all other plugins then reactivating them one by one to see if the issue persists?
