    Hello –

We have a custom theme with many different page themes. Is there a way to choose the specific page theme for the job post when you view the job in more detail? It currently defaults to our blog theme.

Additionally, the fields are not showing up to be able to apply to the job.

    Thanks!

  • Hi,

We have a default feature in SJB that allows you to make set the job layout according to your theme, you can change this from the Job Board Setting > Appearance > Job pages layout. However, to choose a specific theme page to view the job details falls under customization. For that, we would recommend you to take help from an expert WP programmer.

Furthermore, as for the fields not showing up, can you please confirm if you’ve added the job fields to the setting or the job detail page?

For the fields, I’ve added it to “Application Form Fields” tab in settings but they also automatically show up in the “Job Detail”.

When using the SJB Layout, the fields show up fine. But when I switch it over to Theme Layout, they do not show up and I think it might have to do with it defaulting to our blog theme?

    Thanks.

Since while using the SJB Layout, the fields show up fine. Your theme seems to be in conflict with SJB. If you want to customize the layout according to your theme, you can ask your theme support for guidelines. Or you may consult a WP expert to make the theme layout compatible with the Simple Job Board.

    Regards,
