Contact Form 7 + Subscribers + Mailchimp

Hello. I am looking to create a form that asks the subscriber for more than usual information when it comes to adding subscribers: Name, Email, Address (for snail mail), Phone Number, Business, Business Address (if different from address), and maybe a couple more. We want to integrate it with Mailchimp, which I assume I can use the Contact Form 7 Extension For Mailchimp plugin, but we also want to retain all of the information from the fields that they fill out. I think the Mailchimp plugin will retain the Name and Email, but what about the rest? Anyone have any suggestions? Would be nice to be able to have a list of all the subscribers that could be downloaded into an Excel file or something. Thanks.
