• In the past I have been able to check the box that says “Disable Link” in Appearance/Menus but recently it hasn’t been working and the tabs are clickable and bring the user to a blank page. For example on the linked page when you click “support” it is only supposed to open the drop down but now it brings you to a blank page. The “Disable Link” checkbox is checked for this tab but it doesn’t seem to be working. I am using Elementor Pro and recently updated OceanWP to the latest version to try to fix this issue but it didn’t work.
    Thanks.

  • Hello @specotech,

Just tried to replicate the issue (latest WordPress version, OceanWP theme 1.7.3, Ocean Extra plugin 1.5.19) and disabling menu link option functions.

Please check for a possible plugin conflict: disable all non-Ocean plugins one by one, and check the menu by refreshing the page after disabling each.

In addition, try to “refreshing” the scripts: go to Theme Panel > Scripts & Styles, disable all scripts and save changes, enable all scripts back again and save changes.

Let us know if you were able to resolve the issue

    Hi @wpfleek ,

I tried deactivating all plugins one at a time and I refreshed the scripts but it’s still not working? Any other ideas? Thanks!
