    Hello Hello!
Would you please help us …

It has been several times (now I wonder if it was not just a coincidence) that prices on the front-end appear “false” compare to the prices set in the back-end of the shop.
This is a great problem – as some goods we are selling are of value above 1000euro!
Today we set a promo-action on board-bags… and the final price is based on a price under the promo-price?! Come’on?!

I have searched for solutions on the forum here… None of the resolved topics worked for me.
Please tell me what information do you need, so we resolve this as soon as possible. Thank you very much for your help and support.

    Best regards,
    Lina

    Hello Hello?
Is there anybody that can help?

Here are print screens, because maybe I did not describe my problem properly:
when logged in to Dashboard: https://www.dropbox.com/s/rcsun0vqgvnn9vl/pbm_woocommerce%20price_logged%20in.png?dl=0
when NOT logged in to Dashboard: https://www.dropbox.com/s/sx0g0rn06ki6i5z/pbm_woocommerce%20price_notlogged%20in.jpg?dl=0 (picture is from the phone, but we discovered the problem on another Desktop-PC)

I remember the first time it happened, what helped was something about the Settings of WooCommerce. Only since then, I did not change them. I tried to install PayPal as payment measure, but it did not work, so I removed it…
    Anybody? Please…

    Hey there,

This forum is mostly managed by volunteers – sometimes we aren’t able to get to all questions quickly.

Thanks for adding those screenshots! I compared them and see the difference that you mean:

Comparing prices logged in vs not logged in

There are a bunch of things that can change the prices on a WooCommerce shop.

To help you further, I’d like to know more about your site. Could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.  Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

    Thanks!

    Oh! Hello 🙂
Thank you for the delayed answer. I appreciate you took the time to have a look.

I just resolved the problem, with help of the “Happiness Engineer” who responded to my ticket I opened at WooCommerce.com.
The problem was a conflict between taxation vs. countries where we sell.

So, I am closing this topic as it is resolved.

    Thank you again!
    Regards,
    Lina
