oke, a few things would really help: decent punction marks increase the readability of your question, any description about the-last-fall might help (is it a theme, plugin, or something else?)*, and a link to your site would be advisable.

the last fall is one of templates, which i unzipped.
there are no instructions or readme details within the folder.

sorry – the last fall is one of YOUR templates
where exactly did you unzip the contents of the zip?
Themes should go into the following directory under webroot:
/wp-content/themes/
Underneath this directory the theme will be in a subdirectory (like ‘default’).
