Order notes are lost when using PayPal

Hello,

I am using Order Notes to get the postal addresses of customers when they want to buy a subscription. But it works only when I test with free orders. Under normal condition, i.e. using PayPal, the order notes are lost, and we don’t receive the customer’s address.

Any clue about this problem?
