Redirects are working properly and show up under the Logs tab however, 404s are not being logged. I deleted and re-installed the plugin and get the same results.

I’m running WordPress 5.3 and Redirection v4.5.1 (database v4.1). Everything checks out on the Support tab and testing an invalid URL from the Support tab does generate a 404. I get the same results with or without caching enabled.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Have you enabled to the 404 logging option? Can you give an example of an invalid URL?

Thanks for the quick reply! I believe logging is enabled based on the following settings on the Options tab:
    Redirect Logs: A Week
    404 Logs: A Month
    IP Logging: Full IP Logging
    Redirect Cache: An Hour
REST API: Default REST API (Note: I have tried all options here. I have also tried disabling caching and the security plugin)

An invalid URL would be: https://rocstarts.com/badurl

Are you running any other plugins that could interfere with or change 404s?

I was using a feature in my theme that redirects 404s to another page. I disabled that feature and installed the “404page – your smart custom 404 error page” plugin instead and that resolved the issue.

    Thank you for your help!
