Possible Conflict With Download Monitor

I’m finding paid members cannot download files using download monitor even when i haven’t blocked their country.

This from a paid member in the U.S. A country i never block.

A problem … the site is not letting me download. When I click on Download Now, it tells me I have to join. I joined yesterday. Is there a lag? Thanks.
