Having trouble getting it to work

Hi. I am really hoping you can help. It seems that this plugin may be exactly what we need, but I cannot get it to work. We need a plugin that displays the price of a product according to the shipping destination, not the customer’s IP address. I think your plugin may allow this, but I cannot get it to work. As soon as I try to enter any information on the ‘pricing zones’ page it crashes… any suggestions?
