For the PHP upgrade, you should ask your web host (1 and 1) for help…
The site itself seems fine for now and the rest should fall into place once that is fixed as you attend to the updates via the WordPress dashboard.
I did a Sucuri scan on your site…
Once you get the PHP updated and then attend to any WordPress, Themes, and plugins updates you’ll want to dig into your mixed content issues which Sucuri will point out to you.

None of this is super critical right now but attending to these issues will smooth operations further.
Let us know if you need more help and I’d attend to the PHP first, the WordPress updates second, and not get too worried about the mixed content issues… leave them to last as some updates will cure them.
thank you for the reply
i have contacted 1and1 about php and they dont update php just charge for them to support existing version,is there anything that i can do to solve this?

1and1 won’t help you?
And your SQL server needs an update?
If it was me I’d find a better host. Find one offering the latest/greatest PHP and SQL server version and will do the migrate for you. It’s possible 1and1 will move you to an upgraded hosting account with what you need if you ask.
Look for…
Latest/Greatest PHP with a promise to make PHP 7.4 current once it’s released next month.
Current SQL Server or MariaDB if they’ll do the migrate anyway.
A Cloud-Based server with comparable or better specs to what your 1and1 account offers now would be good.
Look for comparable disk space on an SSD hard drive and more memory if they offer it.
Do a complete backup yourself before they do this.

I wouldn’t worry about the Sucuri recommendations until the rest is dealt with. There’s no big hurry.
The quick fix for the ‘mixed content’ and SSL issues when you are ready to tackle that could be something your new host offers free. Else the other quick fix that I like is to place my site on Cloudflare and use the Cloudflare plugin to tweak the settings.
Cloudflare will serve your site from their edge servers over https and can boost your site performance by as much as 20% but get your present hosting problems and especially the PHP fixed first.
Oh, on the inactive themes and plugins issue? Don’t get super excited and delete things too much. If you know for a fact you’ll never use a plugin or theme again then you probably should delete it.
I turn plugins on and off quite often and I recommend keeping a ‘Twenty Series’ theme around as a ‘known good’ generic theme for troubleshooting purposes. I like seeing a production or active theme with a child theme if I have to make theme edits myself. I like the Twenty Thirteen theme as a standby troubleshooting theme.
So that’s three themes right there.
thank you
just been in touch with one and one who have told me i probably need to contact a we developer to upgrade my site has it is not compatible with the latest php version
