Who are “They”? Divi support?
If Divi, for commercial product support please contact the author directly on their site. We feel they are best equipped to support their products.

Forum volunteers are not given access to commercial products, so they would not know why it is not working properly. Commercial products are not supported in these forums.
It is not divi (elegantthemes) product that is messed up. It is wordpress. They tried to help me with your product as you see from what I wrote. I contacted them first. The code is for your product. So can someone look into what is going on. I’m not the only one with this problem.
