JAVASCRIPT Seems to be NOT loading

Hmm

Can someone please have a look at this … updated to 5.3 and the bundled themes and DIVI no longer work correctly.

When I go to THEME >> APPEARANCE >> CUSTOMIZE I only get the first menu option in the customizer and a blank page. Even on Twenty-Nineteen.

My DIVI options page no no longer loads correctly either.
