Free Quotation plugin, CSS modification

    I would like to have a widget in my footer that displays a quotation from the day/week/… from my own quote database. For each quote there would be a display date assigned. A good solution would seem to be Free Quotation (https://wordpress.org/plugins/free-quotation/). However, I have a problem with CSS.     I also installed another plugin: Quotes Collection (https://wordpress.org/plugins/quotes-collection/) I like its style and I would like Free Quotation to be styled the same way:
    – a centered header
    – line under the header
    – signature (dash, author, source) in one line.
    But additionally:
    – a justified quotation
    – signature aligned to the right.
    I have no idea how to do it. I think it’s need to modify the CSS file or plugin, but how?
