theme editor picks up wrong index.php

    hello,

    whether it is a new template or the default one, when i put the “silence-is-golden” index.php into the theme images folder, theme editor is picking up wrong /wp-content/themes/theme-name/images/index.php instead of /wp-content/themes/theme-name/index.php.

    rest of the files is fine.

    it all works fine on another server.

    any ideas?

    Same here. Theme editor is picking up the index.php from a subdirectory in the theme directory.

    Anyone know a fix for this?
