Loader shows twice
-
I have encountered a bug with loftloader. Every time I change and save some settings for loftloader, all images on my website are gone, but the loader works normally. However if I open the wordpress customizer and then go back to my website, all images are back, but the loader shows twice.

Hi @florianw7 ,
Thank you for contacting us.
We haven’t received a similar report yet. Could you please leave your website URL here so that we can take a look at the problem on your site front end (the loader shows twice)?
Every time I change and save some settings for loftloader, all images on my website are gone, but the loader works normally.
Does this happen on the front end or the backend? Could you please record a screencast video and show us the problem? You can leave the video URL here, or email it to general@loftocean.com .
Looking forward to your reply. Thank you very much.
Best regards,

As I said, sometimes the loader show only once, but all my images on the website are gone, and sometimes the loader shows twice and everything else is fine.
If I disable the loftloader plugin, all my images load normally.
Here is a screenrecording of my problem: https://www.loom.com/share/66fc2a7c4dd249e9be0429c0303fd1e5
Hi @florianw7 ,
Thank you for your reply.
We just checked your site and found that the issue may be related to the lazy loading feature (since we can only find very few clues by checking the front end of your site, we are still unable to confirm the exact cause). And we also found that the LoftLoader Pro on your website is not the latest version. Therefore, please follow the steps below:
1. Please update the LoftLoader Pro to the latest version (v2.1.1, released on 16 November 2019). In this new version we have fixed the compatibility issue with Lazy Loading feature. You may like to read the documentation about how to update LoftLoader Pro.
You can check the changelog of LoftLoader Pro to see what has been added and fixed in each update: LoftLoader Pro Changelog.
2. If the problem persists after you update the plugin, please try disabling the lazy loading feature to see if the problem can be resolved. Before checking the results, please clear the cached files of your website, and also clear your browser cache.
3. If the problem still exists then please let us know. Since this support forum is only for LoftLoader Lite (the free version), and your problem is related to LoftLoader Pro, please contact us via email, and please provide the following information so that we can look into the problem for you:
- Please follow this guide to submit your request: How to submit a support request.
- Please indicate that your question corresponds to LoftLoader Pro.
- Please also include your purchase code in your support request. Where is my purchase code?
- Please consider creating a staging site and providing us with a temporary admin account of the staging site so that we can check the problem to find the exact cause. You can find more details in our documentation: How to create a staging site and how to create a temp admin user.
Thank you very much.

The Loft.Ocean TeamThanks for your answer, but what exactly is the lazy loading feature? I can’t seem to find a setting with that name.
Hi @florianw7 ,
It is not a feature of LoftLoader. Usually it is a feature provided by a plugin for performance optimization or image optimization.
I got it resolved by updating the plugin and deactivating some other plugins!
I also cleared my browsers cache just in case.
