Connect with Facebook

Hi,

I would like to reach out to my blog readers to join in my group via Facebook. I hope to achieve it by, users being able to click the ‘Join me on Facebook – click here’ icon, and lead them into my Facebook group.

How do I go about doing it? What plugin should I use? And how do I insert this icon onto my sidebar?
