Woocommerce Site without online payment

Hi there, hopefully this isn’t too stupid a question. I want to build a WordPress product website and use Woocommerce, but I don’t want to include the online payment side of things just yet.

I want customers to be able to browse products, add them to an ‘order’ (or cart), view their ‘order’ details and submit them (the order would get sent as an email or just listed in an order submissions table in the WP back end).

Is this possible and feasible with Woocommerce? Is there any good doco or blog articles on how to do this?

Any help would be much appreciated.
