Okay. Is there any documentation by WPML that could be used to make this plugin compatible with theirs?
This link should be helpful for “Language Configuration Files” with WPML https://wpml.org/documentation/support/language-configuration-files/ 🙂
Can you scan the plugin and send us the WPML configuration file for translation as mentioned at the link https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/theme-localization/ so that we can translate the plugin’s text and include in the plugin? We don’t have any way to generate this file as it needs WPML installed. You can send it to support[at]heateor[dot]com.
The link you gave me is about how to use WPML for WPML-ready plugins. Please refer to the documentation page I sent you.
By the way I’m not developer ant really can’t afford to give time on this subject for now. Very sorry for that. I’m sure you’ll find your way to achieve this once and for all !
I’ll certainly come back on this topic later when having some time to configure one multilingual website where it’s active.
+ Don’t hesitate to reach their team for technical questions, they are quite responsive.
Hoping you’ll achieve this with great success.
All best and thanks already for your great work.
Okay. Did you try as mentioned by their support member at the forum https://wpml.org/forums/topic/how-to-translate-plugin-i-already-have-a-mo-file-but-its-not-detected/? Our plugin has .PO and .MO files and WPML should be able to load translation from these files if you follow the procedure mentioned at above mentioned link.
