Off-Canvas Filter Only Shows Filter by Attribute

The site is still in development, but I’m having trouble with the off-canvas filter. At first, only some things would show up in the off-canvass filter bar.
In the Dashboard under Appearance > Widgets, I placed the following in the “Off-Canvass Filters” widget (in this order):
– Filter Products by Attribute
– Filter Products by Rating
– Filter Products by Price
– Product CategoriesHowever, only “Filter Products by Attribute” and “Product Categories” show up. The other two don’t appear. I tried following the advice found on this thread, but it didn’t make any difference.
To test it, I switched themes from Ocean WP to WooCommerce’s Storefront. The “by Rating” and “by Price” didn’t appear in the sidebar, but the other two did. So, I switched back to OceanWP, but now the off-canvass bar gives me a new problem: the “X” to close it doesn’t work – I have to click outside the bar to close it.
