Unfortunately we don’t have a way to track subscriptions, especially because the payment renewal doesn’t happen on the website.
is there not a way to make the subscription value a fixed amount per product? I have a “length” option on each product for 3 or 6 months and I can set the value for them
Is there any value tracked now for subscriptions by the Purchase event?
What plugin do you use to manage subscriptions?
WooCommerce subscriptions 🙂 the value now would be the original one month payment and it’s different for each product so that works, but whatever that first month’s payment is, it continues for either 6 or 12 months or 1 month
Unfortunately we don’t have a way to handle such a situation, we can only track the actual payment made when the subscription is purchased.
We do have an option to multiple the order’s value, but it won’t be enough in your case, since subscriptions have different timeframes.
