Couldn’t find a plugin like that…guess you could change the comment_author and user_id fields in the wp_comments table using phpMyAdmin.

I am moving from Joomla using yvComment to WordPress using the native commenting system.
I need to move about 100 comments by various users, some guests and some registered on the site. Is there a way to add these comments to posts in my site and have the specified registered user as the author?
In Joomla with yvComment, I can just create a comment and select which registered user authored it. All from the admin account without having to log in/out and having the comment correctly sorted to that author for Buddypress and profile linking.
