How do you set up wordpress to current layout?

    For WordPress, I would like to install the script so that I can post on my main page, with the layout that I already have. I have a tables layout with a navigation box and a content box. I would like to keep it so that I can edit the navigation box with my own html code, but have the script run in the content box. I was thinking that maybe I could use some php include code…
